Event Ticket Policy - Condition of Sale
For your convenience, Mitchie.com serves as a ticket outlet for entertainment events. Tickets sold through Mitchie.com does not constitute endorsement by Mitchie.com or affiliated companies. All problems and concerns of satifaction or dissatifaction of shows must be addressed to the promoters and or producers at the time of the event.
In the event of a performance no show and if the ticket funds have not been cashed-out with the promoter/producer, Mitchie.com will refund the tickets amount only upon receipt of ticket or as per agreement with show promoter/producer and Mitchie.com. A non-refundable service fee of $1.00 will be added to each ticket and will not be refunded in the event of performance cancellation.
Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets must be purchased by debit (pin# required) or cash only. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges without prior authorization of show promoters and or producers. Collection of sales taxes and the reporting of revenues are the sole responsibility of the show promoters and or producers, NOT Mitchie.com. Subject to change without notice. Tickets purchased and distributed through Mitchie.com constitutes agreement to this policy outlined on the web and our physical location.
