Your advertisings are distributed to over 10,000 subscribers at least once a week and remains posted on mitchie.com for a full month or for the terms listed in your contract through Constant Contact and on our Facebook account.  Ad dimensions are:  440x200 pixels and must be pre-designed horizontal layout in jpg format with a horizontal layout with dpi of not more than 300. Ad must be e-mailed in the correct format to info@mitchie.com.

If you are unable to design your ad, Keemon Leonard, owner of KRL Media & Management and Keeative Designs has agreed to design your 440 x 200 ad for flat rate of $25 per advertising. Contact Mr. Leonard by phone at 512.644.8200 or by e-mail.

Advertising schedule starts on Monday.  Advertising and payments must arrive by Sunday of the preceding Monday that your ad runs. Advertising payments my be be processed online or at the gallery. Your website is linked to the ad at no additional charge.  Advertising cost is $9.99 per month.  For an additional $5.00, Mitchie's will link your ad to a full page link on our website. Advertisings must be paid in full prior to posting of advertising.

Thank you for purchasing advertising on our weekly newsletter.  100% of your advertising dollars supports our children programming and The Mitchie Mitchell Foundation.  Mitchie’s Gallery believes that investing in our children now, will invest in a brighter future for all of us.  Our array of children programming listed below is a testimony of how Mitchie’s Gallery invests in our children.

1.    Saturday Story Time:  Scheduled from 1-2pm. Kids receive a FREE gift, 30% off their book purchase and FREE refreshments.

2.    Annual Black History Month Awareness Program:  Kids receive a variety of self motivating gifts and instructions on African & African American Leaders and historical events.  This instruction is taught during February and throughout the year.

3.     Annual Easter Workshop:  Kids receive a FREE Easter basket filled with gifts and they get to decorate their fresh eggs.

4.    FREE Hand Talk:  Taught during our children story time, licensed sign language instructors makes learning the art of communicating with others easy.  Sign Language class is taught on the second and third of every Saturday from 1-2p.

5.    Seasonal Programming includes: MLK Children Art Day, St Patrick’s Day Art Workshop, Mother’s Day Art-Card, Father’s Day Art-Card, Thanksgiving Water Globe Workshop, Christmas Ornament Workshop and Kwanzaa Unity in the Community Art Time.

6.    Christmas at Mitchie’s Gallery starts on the Saturday after Thanksgiving in November and ends on Christmas Eve. Kids receive a FREE photo with Santa Claus, a gift stocking filled with fruits, goodies and a gift.

7.   Other Special Guest Programming includes:  Puppet Shows and Workshops, Drum Making Classes, and guest artists and authors.
